Location Advertising Photographer

One of my most regular assignments is for Deichmann shoes . Recently I’ve shot the latest Back to School Campaign along with the Giovanna Fletcher range. Well once again I was asked to shoot with the lovely Giovanna again and you guessed it …. On location, hence the title 😉 . Also shooting once again with the very talented Advertising  Agency Refinery Marketing in Manchester .

The location was the amazing Blacken Manor near Goostrey situated in the heart of Cheshire . It mixes modern and traditional and has to be one of my favourite locations. Ive shot here a couple of times before so I was familiar with it. Which did help with timings through the day. As I already knew the lighting set ups needed …. Result 😉  Had to tweak it a little because when shooting shoes you do need to highlight the shoe a little more.

The locations were indoor and out and we had to be careful when shooting outside as we had to make to look like autumn. So with a bag of old leaves and carefully cropped scenes we managed to capture Autumn in Summer. Poor Giovanna had to wear sweaters and heavy coats. And I did mention it happened to be one of  the summers hottest days. Sorry about that Gi. You made it work and made my job so much easier. Love the shots , even tough I do say so myself. Look out for them coming to a Deichmann shop window very soon.
