Menswear Fashion Photography in Manchester

More and more I am doing a lot of my photography on location. This was the case with my latest shoot.

The main focus on the photoshoot was suits with a little casual thrown in for a Menswear designer in Birmingham. Locations were key and for the suits I chose Alberts Restaurant in Didsbury. The restaurant  kindly let me shoot there for most of the morning before the busy rush of hungry customers at lunchtime. When shooting on location in public places such as restaurants timing and organisation is key. I always visit the locations several days before the photoshoot and plan my shots. On the day of course creativity can takeover and I will see other options once I have the models and stylist with me.

This proved to be a slightly more risky location as I had to stand in the main road to get the desired shot and rely on the stylist and Tee to tell me when there was a car coming. They did there job well 😉

The last shots of the day had a style change to urban fashion. Tee’s versatility ensured the look was great and a mile away from the smart young man earlier. The added textures of the background made for some great editorial fashion shots and completed a very successful fashion shoot …
