Advertising Food Photographer

Being an advertising food photographer has to be one of my favourite types of photography. And no not just because I get to eat everything we shoot. Well not entirely 😉 I just love the creative process . The background, props to the food and how the end result comes alive . Love it.

This particular  shoot I shot at my home. With food I like to do this as all the amenities are there close at hand . I could do it in the studio if the shot was of a much larger set up . But with shots like this a home environment is perfect. Also when I finish, the commute is minimal 😉

Now every food shoot needs a great home economist and food stylist . And I had,as you can see one of the best in Ania Russell . Check out her website here . Ania is kept very busy working the likes of Aldi , Asda and many more. Such a great shoot to do .

The food looked amazing and just the right amount of propping and styling . Makes you want to jump in and eat the lot. Which is pretty much the point of food photography…
