Ecommerce Product Photographer
The term eCommerce Product Photographer is used quite a lot these days as there are so many eCommerce sites. eCommerce photography as a rule incorporates the same background (usually off white) and uniformity of angle . This particular photoshoot for a new client of mine Toni Bond Interiors incorporated all of that. And they’re based in Altrincham just outside of Manchester. So not too far way for me.
The shoot took place at their premises in Altrincham , just outside of Manchester. I’m very used to shooting product at clients premises. So It’s much easier for them on a planning perspective as all products are in hand during the day. They can also carry on getting some work done whilst I’m shooting away .
With eCommerce Photography the shots can look quite simple to do . Well, I can assure you this is not always the case. In fact I would say never the case. If you look through the shots there are quite a number of white and glass products . This means a few light adjustments and reflection tricks as the background has to be kept consistent . The consistent background is important as it impacts the final look of the website. As it never looks good seeing different shades of backgrounds in the thumbnail pages.
I really enjoyed shooting for with the team at Toni Bond. Their unique designer pieces were a pleasure to photograph. I Wouldn’t mind having a few of the in my own home. Check out their website in the link above .
Looking forward to the next photoshoot.
