Shoe Fashion Photography

Shoe fashion photography is a little different to the norm when you think of fashion photography. There is always attention to detail. When photographing shoes you have to be careful and focus on the main subject…  The feet. Whilst delivering a pleasing overall image to advertise the shoe. This particular shoot was once again for Deichmann Uk and their latest Advertising Campaign. Featuring the well known influencer / mumfluencer, Giovanna Fletcher.

The campaign also included a TV commercial to be shot on the Tuesday with me shooting on the Wednesday. The shoot needed a large set build with Sitcom Soldiers Studio in Bolton being the preferred location. I have to say the set was amazing. Comprising of four different sets with a slightly different theme and as you can see , plenty of colour😉 With it being a large set I made time for a recce on the Monday. Always a good idea as I can see what lighting and extra equipment I would need . Never like surprises on the day 😉

With the set up planned from the recce the start of the day went very smoothly. Checkout my Instagram for a peek at the behind the scenes. There’s even one of me gliding through the studio. The laid back approach 😊

Once again shooting with the great team from Refinery Marketing and my trusted assistant Ania the shoot went very well. Have to put that down to Giovanna as well. She was great to work with. Made my life a lot easier on the day and the images speak for themselves. Love them. And so did the client by the way. That’s the main thing 😉

Can’t wait for the next advertising campaign for Deichmann to come along. Also keep an eye out for the TV commercial . Looks great.
